I’m compelled by the notion that every human has intrinsic greatness, the ability to create, innovate and empower others. And when we are equipped to do this, our overall health and happiness flourishes. I’ve transformed my life from poverty, family illness and few schooling opportunities, to obtaining national ranking in swimming, a PhD in human performance, and I’ve personally coached many of the world’s most extraordinary humans over the past 15 years. These include several hundred Olympians and extreme sports athletes, NYCs top neurosurgeons, and various other world renowned professionals - even a world class chess player. I believe that I’ve achieved all of this in such a small period of time for three reasons, (1) resourcefulness, (2) guidance and (3) strategy. And I want to give everyone equal opportunity to create their own version of greatness in their work and life. So I’m on a mission to help people realize that we can all transform what we believe to be our biggest weakness or most difficult circumstance into our greatest strength.
